Project Manager
for development projects (m/f/d)
We are looking for a
Your responsibilities:
- You will lead complex, technical and predominantly customised development projects (mechanical engineering, automotive sector, system integration), some of which involve functional safety requirements (primarily in the field of vehicle manufacturing).
- You will be responsible for feasibility studies, requirements management and risk analysis, thereby ensuring the projects can be successfully implemented.
- You will manage development projects in terms of quality, costs and deadlines, coordinate all project team members involved and ensure compliance with development objectives. To this end, you will motivate the project team and encourage creativity and personal responsibility.
- As part of continuous stakeholder management, you will be responsible for active communication with all internal and external stakeholders to improve collaboration among all parties involved and to minimise disruptions to the project workflow as far as possible.
- You will draw up the project structure plan, identify deviations from and conflicts with objectives, and take appropriate measures to resolve them.
- You will work primarily in accordance with client-specific specifications and standards or in accordance with the standards of the International Project Management Association (IPMA).
Your profile:
- You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a similar field, or have completed equivalent training.
- You have relevant professional experience in project management and project leadership, as well as sound project management knowledge and methodological skills.
- You possess a good technical understanding.
- Ideally, you will already have experience in the field of vehicle manufacturing.
- You are characterised by a confident manner, strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
