Bachelor - Master of Engineering

Your responsibilities:

• You will draw up concepts and feasibility studies for complex problems.
• You will develop and design products for mechanical engineering and automotive applications. This involves both the necessary technical calculations and modelling in CAD systems.
• You will work closely with customers and contribute to development processes both as a team player and as a team leader.
• You will coordinate small development teams and, for example, teams of technical product designers.
• Within your remit, you will be responsible for liaising with other departments and suppliers.
• You will contribute to FMEA processes to ensure product quality.
• You will contribute to cost optimisation processes to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering specialising in design, or a comparable qualification.
• You have relevant professional experience in development processes and a sound understanding of engineering methodologies.
• Ideally, you will have additional knowledge in the field of vehicle construction.
• You have relevant experience with CAD programmes such as Creo Elements or SolidWorks.
• You have relevant experience with PPS, ERP or PDM systems.
• You are confident, a strong communicator and possess excellent analytical skills.
